Make Your Own Sign Generator
| FIRST: Take a picture of yourself holding
a blank piece of cardboard (box bottom, poster board, large piece of
paper, etc) in a position where you are showing the sign to the
camera (most digital cameras have an automated timer to snap pics).
You can also go on the internet and find pictures of various signs,
but you usually have to edit the pictures (photochop) to remove
previous text messages (this can be a tedious task). SECOND: If your pic is not already hosted, upload your photo to ImageShack.us (resize it to 320x240 if it is a photo larger than 500 pixels wide or high or it may not show up on your blog well). Once uploaded you are given a URL address (near bottom you will see a text area labeled "Direct link to image", copy and paste the full URL starting with "http://" and ending with ".jpg"), this is the URL that you need to use in our "Your Photo URL" submit form (below). How To Make Your Own Sign Generators: First you need an image hosted somewhere (upload to site like ImageShack.us). Sample: http://whak.com/fansign.jpg Then import it to the generator maker (use the submit form above) and follow the 3 steps. Example: www.fansigngenerator.com/URL.asp?pic=http://whak.com/fansign.jpg After Step #3 you will have a fan sign generator of your own to share!
